Movie description:
Ground Zero test site, and the biggest earthquake in history is about to happen. Unless two people can stop it.
When a series of strange tremors shake Los Angeles, a top seismologist, Kimberly Stevenson, is sent to investigate the quakes’ epicentre, a desolate wilderness area known as the Angeles National Forest. Kimberly and her son Justin set up a research facility in an isolated mountain cabin. As they begin their tests they discover a mysterious man, Michael Brandies, who claims he is an LA businessman forced to parachute from his plane which developed engine trouble.
But when Justin goes missing, Kimberly learns the truth. She’s just stumbled upon a test site for black market miniature nuclear weapons. And Michael’s not a businessman, he’s a mercenary, sent to stop tomorrow’s final nuclear test. A test Kimberly knows could trigger the most powerful earthquake California has ever known. Now it’s up to Kimberly and Michael to stop the test and save the lives of millions. But to do that they must first venture into the detonation area – Ground Zero!
